Our Principles

Human Rights Policy Statement

At The Consulting Hub, we are committed to upholding and promoting human rights in every aspect of our operations, services, and partnerships. Grounded in principles of dignity, equity, and respect, our work is guided by the belief that every individual—regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, ability, age, religion, or socio-economic status—deserves to be treated fairly and free from discrimination, harassment, and systemic exclusion.
As a human resources and diversity-focused consulting firm, we align our practices with the Canadian Human Rights Act, the Ontario Human Rights Code, and relevant international frameworks such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Our policies and services are designed to support inclusive, safe, and equitable workplaces, and we actively work to identify, address, and prevent both overt and systemic forms of discrimination and bias.
We commit to:
  • Embedding human rights principles into all our consulting, training, investigations, and policy development work.
  • Supporting clients in creating inclusive environments that respect the rights and identities of all employees, with particular attention to marginalized and equity-deserving groups.
  • Ensuring accessibility in our service delivery and promoting barrier-free participation in all engagements.
  • Challenging discriminatory practices and structures, including those perpetuated through digital tools, technologies, and algorithmic systems.
  • Continual learning and accountability in our efforts to promote justice, reconciliation, and equity.
The Consulting Hub recognizes that meaningful change requires ongoing reflection, collaboration, and action. Through our evidence-based, cost-effective, and solutions-driven approach, we aim to be a catalyst for building equitable systems and advancing human rights in workplaces across Canada and beyond.
