In Ontario, employers are required under the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) to investigate complaints or incidents of workplace harassment. Under the Human Rights Code employers must conduct a "reasonable" investigation into any complaints or incidents related to any of the human rights protected grounds covered by the Code.
